It's time to spruce things up for outdoor eating, drinking, shopping, and just plain celebrating! We're looking for volunteers to help with some spring cleaning along the Corridor, and when you're done, enjoy food and drink from our restaurants and on-site local food trucks. There will also be live bands playing at Record Store Day at Wooden Nickel for your musical enjoyment.
Most importantly, we'll be doing a video shoot at the former Rogers/Scott's grocery store property (3109 N. Anthony Blvd.) to help promote the site to prospective grocery store chains. WE NEED A HUGE CROWD OF PEOPLE TO SHOW HOW MUCH OUR AREA WANTS A GROCERY STORE!
The agenda for the day is:
- 8am - 9pm (tentative hours): Record Store Day at Wooden Nickel
- 11am to 1pm - corridor clean up/eat & drink
- 1pm to 2pm - video shoot at Rogers/Scott's site (3109 N. Anthony Blvd.)
